Can I protect more than one computer?

Does this remove an infection that is already active?
No. An active infection needs a separate cleanup and safety review before ongoing protection is installed. Use the computer virus removal page if a device is already behaving suspiciously.
When does monitoring begin?
A computer is not treated as actively monitored until installation is completed. Your specialist will guide enrollment and help you choose the 30-minute installation appointment.
